Octo Prestige Chauffeurs provides private luxury black car transportation in South Florida, including Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. By using this website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Completing a reservation request through our booking assistant does not by itself guarantee service. A booking is confirmed only when you receive direct confirmation from Octo Prestige Chauffeurs by phone, text, or email.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving scheduling conflicts, vehicle availability, or safety concerns.

Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. In general:

• —Cancellations made with adequate notice (typically 24 hours or more before pickup) are honored without charge.
• —Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
• —Specific terms for events, weddings, and other multi-hour engagements are agreed separately at time of booking.

Any pricing communicated through the booking assistant is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed by Octo Prestige Chauffeurs before your trip. Actual charges may vary based on route, wait time, tolls, parking, and other factors.

Passengers are expected to treat our vehicle and driver with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger's conduct poses a safety risk or causes damage to the vehicle. Any damage caused by passengers is the financial responsibility of the booking party.

Octo Prestige Chauffeurs is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by events outside our control — including traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or acts of nature.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from a specific trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip.

Our website uses an AI-powered assistant to collect booking information. The assistant is a tool — it does not have authority to guarantee pricing, vehicle availability, or service commitments. All guarantees and confirmations come from Octo Prestige Chauffeurs directly through confirmed communication with the driver.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
