When you use our booking assistant or contact us, we may collect:

We use the information you provide solely to fulfill your reservation request and communicate with you about your booking. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your service request.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the booking process:

• —Resend — delivers your booking confirmation by email
• —Twilio — sends the driver an SMS alert about your booking
• —Anthropic — powers the AI booking assistant. Your conversation is processed to generate replies; it is not used to train AI models.

We retain your reservation information for as long as is reasonably necessary for operational and legal purposes — typically no longer than two years. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

You may request to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at reservations@opchauffeurs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. These tools may place small cookies on your device. They do not collect personally identifiable information. You may block cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
